3 block arteries and hypertension

My mom's doctor has told her she has 3 block arteries in her heart.

What are Pritor,betaloc,vidastat,and Anion for?- clear diagnose for all this medication.

She is hypertensive and found that her cholesterol is high.

What is fluid retention? leading to this question is, her abdomen is bloated and cant able to pass urine,so the doctor prescribed one of the medication I dont know what of these 4 above.

I heard that Anion is risky for a patient who is on diuretics?

We planned bypeass surgery for her but her doctor advice no need,maybe bcaue she considers bypass is too expensive fo us? any advice for surgery for my mom?

Why her kidney was affected? or s she has this before she has a problem of her 3 block arteries?

Why she has a hard time passing urine , and even there's an evidence of swelling in her legs and bodies..

How risky is my moms condition,she's not in the good state now,but we r helpless because we trust the doctor's prescription..please advice us what we can do to her....

I heard she is has blurring of vision now since she started drinking anion - this is the newest medication prescribed, 3 meds was already taken  2 years already..

To help you understand a little more about your questions.

As for the Bi-pass it should be left out on the table tripple by-passes are regularlly preformed with minimal risks involved cost shouldnt be an issue, due to risk of a stroke and then your gonna pay alot more for hospital stay then.

As for the swelling in the legs it's called periphreal edma, fluid surrounding in the interstsial tissue.

As for not being able to pass Urine i'm not sure what that is related to maybe the meds, shes is on, but this should be adressed also. It's always safe to get a second opinion from another MD.

I would google Anion and read a little more on this, see the side effects and contra-indications.
