blockagePeripheral artery disease in a coronary artery is very mild and will not cause a cardiomyopathy nor chest pain. I suspect that you have a condition called dilated cardiomyopathy where the heart muscle doesn't contract properly even with normal coronary arteries. Generally, a coronary artery blockage would have to be > 75% on an angiogram to cause symptoms of chest pain. I hope you find this information useful.
