3.8 cm dilation of Ascending Aorta

I had small cell lung cancer in June 2005, treated with 2 types of Chemo and concurrent radiation. I ended up in hospital for 11 days with Pericarditis, and today my thoracic CT showed a 3.8 cm dilation of my ascending aorta. Does anyone know if 7 CT's and Thoracic Radiation could have caused this? I am female, 5'4" and 122 lbs. I have always had low blood pressure, today it was 99 over 70 but, I am symptomatic. I get pain in my right chest and upper to mid back which started about 3 months ago. I have a feeling it is from radiation, as I was also in the hospital an additional 3 days with severe tachycardia. None of my other follow-up CT's showed this before, and I had a full cardiac workup after the 3 day stay in hospital. I have been instructed to take 81mg of aspiran a day and was given a copy of my CT and told to make an appointment with my Primary Physician.
