42 female smokes has family has history of heart disease

my left hand and arm for the last few weeks feels asleep and tingles along with a rapid heartbeat ...feel very anxious

Have you discussed this with your doctor?  You might want to see your doctor and at least have some simple tests run.  I smoked for more years than I want to admit.  And even with my heart disease still sneak a smoke here and there. Take my advice! Quit!  I don't want to lug an oxygen tank around with me. But if you don't stop smoking now, that is the look you will have in the near future. I'm not there yet, but the 2 other owners of my company are. Take care and talk to your doctor.  Ally
