5 Bypass Surgery

Hi, I was just wondering how many pills are normally prescribed or required to be taken after a 5 bypass surgery and for how long does the pills have to be taken?

Well, usually Aspirin is taken for the rest of your life, around 75mg daily to lower the risk of clotting, causing stroke/heart attack. Apart from this you may have to take beta blockers to keep your heart from working too hard and lower blood pressure.
If your cholesterol is high you may be put onto a statin for the rest of your life.

That's it really. Oh, apart from pain killers of course to help recovery.
