50% lesion

i had a heart cath and the fidings was LMCA Generic 50% lesion (L1)
diagnosis says   right dominant

grafts says LIMA Graft to LAD
SVG Graft to MARG1

i have had 2 different bypass surgeries and several stents since then and had most recent heart cath showed that i have 50 % lesion and not sure what that means, they are going to do a echo on the 21st

A lesion indicates a loss of functionality.  In the context of a coronary artery it means there is a 50% stenosis (general narrowing...usually plaque).  LMCA is the circumflex artery that branches off the left main.  Not a critical location.
