7 days out of bypass surgery

Hi it has been 7 days today since i had my surgery. I am a 39 year old female. I had my surgery just 7 days ago and i am wondering how long will i be in pain. I think i hurt more now than i did before , i understand i have healinng time but it seems i cant do anything without hurting even to breathe now it is painfull . when i turn my neck or do the littest things as in tring to get in and out of car or getting out of bed or into bed , getting up and down from a chair it hurts so bad. Is there anything i can do to make it better? this is all new to me and i just need to talk and try to get help from others that have been thru this at my age. I heard that because of my age i will exprience more pain than someone older is this true?
