97 yr woman is she being over medicated

My mother 97 years and has been in good health except for blood pressure which she has taken meds for many years and it has been under control. Recently it has been dropping from 145/64 downto 92/48 this usually happens after a meal. She feels weak and says she has an upset stomach. This can last a few hours and then the pressure rises, yesterday it lasted from morning until 8 pm.  Wonder if she is over medicated. Morning metoptolol 50 mg and 1 furosemide 20mg evening metoprolol 100 mg, norvase 10 mg.

Possibly , and decreasing the morning dose of metoprolol or delaying it until after breakfast may be a start. Just so you know, there is no treatment that we know of that improved survival for patients of that age, and her present medical regiment is extrapolated data from younger patients.
