A month and no results about Echocardiogram or holder

I'm 19 have anxiety issues and my doctor ordered a 24 hour holter AND echocardiogram because I have high resting pulse and I did both tests a month ago but have yet have anyone call me about my results. Is this normal? I know I should call myself and ask but I have such high anxiety I'm afraid of hearing something I don't want to.

OK, first, it's a Holter monitor, named for Norman Holter, an experimental physicist.

Second, the fact that you haven't been called, while a tad rude, almost certainly indicates that your condition is not dangerous.

Third, even though you're suffering from anxiety, are fear and ignorance of test results ever helpful?

Fourth, are you--I hope to goodness--receiving treatment for your anxiety?  This can be helped a lot with therapy.

If there is something found that needs urgent action, they will find ways to contact the patient.
So, if they did not call you, you can be assured that there is nothing really wrong with your heart.
Therefore there is no need for anxiety. Just call them and you will hear them say that the results were ok.
