AM I at risk for a stroke or a major heart attack?

Had a EKG done and it said that I had a Abnormal ECG and Right Bundle Branck Block and a normal sinus rhythm
Vent rate was 81 bpm
PR interval was 180 ms
QRS duration was 146 ms
QT/QTc   was 418/485 ms
P-R-T axes was  59  -17  52
I also have left ventricular heart disease and high blood pressure I am currently on 7 medications for blood pressure
I have a cyst on my right kidney superior pole.
I get dizzy a lot am so tired  and get out of breath very easily and now I have started having chest pains and my heart starts racing real fast as if it could pop out of my chest and this really scares me.
I have asthma and Copd and Diabetes and Seizure disorder
Now I am having problems with my stomach being swollen a if I were 9 months pregnant and pains under neath my right rib cage  I also have RA and OA and Fibromyalgia   I am a 48 yr old female   Would greatly appreciate any help that  you can give .Worried Mom of a 11yr old little girl  God Bles
