AO root diameter is 2.8 on Echo with aortic root sclerosis/calcification

I had an echo and the results was aortic root sclerosis/calcification with an AO root diameter of 2.8 cm.
Should I be worrired about lifting my 30 pound grandchild. Both parents died of ASHD, one at age 68 and the other at 79.  I am on Zetia and Lipitor as well as diet and exercise.  I am 62 years old.  I have hereditary hyperlipidemia.
