Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Hey guys, i usually post in the anxiety forum, but this seems so real.
In the past couple of months i have been experiencing, throbbing in my hands,
and a strong pulse that is visible in my stomach, as well as a constant "bloated feeling"
My mum tells me that this is happening because when im anxious, i swallow air, which makes my stomach bloated, which makes me aware of my aortic pulse more.
I went to the doctors the other day and she checked my pulse and said i was just being anxious, and that i had no problems.
But looking at the symptoms it seems like AAA. (abdominal aortic aneurysm)
Im scared and really need some help!

Hi Andy, My stomach pulsates very strongly and visibly moves. It's normal.

In my understanding of AAAs, there are seldom any symptoms at all.  Most are found accidentally  as a result of checks for something else.  One of the more common symptoms is back pain, though.  Probably right about the anxiety.

Thanx deedle, its made me feel better in being told im normal!
Also iv been told the throbbing in my hands is normal.
I hope it is
