Aberrant Right Suclavian Artery

I recently had a CT scan because I had a swelling under my chin which they thought was a stone in my submindibular gland. Turned out that I have two swollen lymph nodes the submindibular and the jugulodigastric lymph nodes which they want to see be back about in 3 weeks. But the above ARSA was found on my CT as an incidential finding. My PCP is having me wait until Thursday for my scheduled appointment to discuss this. Most recently I have had lots of coughing, wheezing, difficulty swallowing {feels like a lump in my throat} as well as my tongue seems to always touch the roof of my mouth no matter what like it is swelled up. For about 8 months I have had spells where the whole inside of my body feels hot internally I have to get cold clothes and dab my face and arms to get some relief takes time to pass. My doctor said to keep a log of this. After doing countless hours of research I would like to know if these symptoms are related to this rare condition, how do I find a doctor in Boston that knows this condition as it occurs is only 0.5% of people and what are the most important things I need to know and what further tests should be ordered.
