Left atrial enlargement means that one of your four heart chambers is enlarged. The measurement of the left atrium by ECG analysis is however not very specific.
Nonspecific T-abnormality: the T wave is an interval in the ECG sequence. Abnormality can indicate a heart problem but can sometimes be detected also in healthy people.
All in all it means that further testing is needed to find out what is going on.
