Abnormal Echo

Hello,

I need some help understanding my echo test results.  I recently had a stress test and echo done due to recent abnormal EKG.  I am a white male 5'10 165lbs 29 y/o.  Can anybody help me understand the below results I would greatly appreciate it

Left Ventricle:
The left ventricle is normal in size.  There is normal left ventricular wall thickness.  There is no resting outflow obstruction. Left ventricular systolic function is normal.  Ejection Fraction – 60%
Right Ventricle:
The right Ventricle is normal in size & function.
Atria:
The left atrium is mildy dialted. Right atrial size is normal.
Mitral Valve:
There is systolic anterior motion of the chordal apparatus.  The mitral valve chordae are thickened and/or calcified.  There is trace mitral regurgitation.
Tricuspid valve
Normal in structure and function. No tricusipid regurgitation.
Aortic Valve
Normal in structure and function. No Aortic regurgitation.
Pulmonic Valve
Normal in structure and function. Trace pulmonic regurgitation.
Great Vessels
The aortic root is normal size
Pericadium/Pleural
No pericardial offusion.

My stress test showed good results.  No signs of heart disease.

The report's remarkable comments relate to the above comment.  Everything else appears to be normal.

Did you have rheumatic fever?
Mitral chordae are strings of muscle that attach to the valve leaflets and heart wall and acts as a hinge to open and close the leaflets.  If the leaflets do not tightly close the valve opening there would be backflow of blood from the left ventricle back into the left atrium.  Trace of mitral valve regurgitation indicates no problem with the leaflets properly closing so there doesn't appear to be any serious problem at the present time according to the post.  If there were a serious problem mitral valve regurgitation would be moderate to severe.
