Abnormal myocardial perfusion study.
Report states Large size inferoseptal area of infarction.  ECG/stress negative.
What does it mean exactly?

It would appear that a large area has had an infarct. This means a previous heart attack has occurred where the blood supply to heart muscle has been cut off, killing some muscle completely. I am surprised that an ECG and stress test haven't revealed anything. I would have assumed the heart would be stiffer in that area and be picked up.
