Dear Doctor,
I've been reading a lot of posts in this forum about PVCs/PACs,
womenWomen's way having them associated with their menstrual cycle, and also
tachycardiaArrhythmias
Multifocal atrial tachycardia
Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (psvt)
Sick sinus syndrome
Ventricular tachycardia/high resting heart rates/variability of heart rate. I was wondering if a study posted in the journal
CirculationCirculation of blood through the heart
Circulation of lymph
Diabetic blood circulation in foot
Vertebrobasilar circulatory disorders titled, "Autoimmune Response May Be Linked To
CongestiveHeart failure
Left-sided heart failure
Right-sided heart failure Heart Failure" may offer an explanation for all of these phenomena. Specifically, the MDs who conducted the study postulated that the beta-andrenergic receptors are being acted upon by the immune system to remain more active and enhancing the effect of adrenaline. If this is a possible explanation for
CHFHeart failure and related cardiomyopathy, might it not explain why
womenWomen's way have increased PVCs/PACs/heart rate variability/tachycardia associated with their menstrual cycles-a process that involves hormones,beta-receptors, and endothiliel cell responsiveness?
Sincerely,
Ginny
