Alternatives to Surgery

I am a 47 year old male, living outside the US. A recent angiogram revealed the following:
-Rt coronary (No dominant, 100% mid RCA).
-Lt coronary (Lt main -N, LAD–100% LAD proximal, Fills from LCX, LCX-80% in early OM).
2-70% lesion in LCX PD.
Ant. Hypoki???
EF 40%.

Despite the above, I have never really complained of any chest pain other than a mild discomfort on exertion near the right shoulder and/or at the right shoulder blade. I also have reason to doubt the accuracy of the results.

I am very keen to avoid open heart surgery. Fortunately one reputable organisation has offered to foot the bill if I can get a hospital that would provide the desired treatment. What is the likelihood of being treated at your clinic using any procedure like angioplasty, atherectomy, AngioJet, or whatever, apart from surgery? If there is any hope I will get in touch with you to make an appointment.

Regards.

We would typically recommend surgery for this anatomy.  HOwever, you may be a candidate for a multivessel intervention depending on the distribution of ischemia within your heart and the character of these blockages.

I would recommend contacting Dr. Patrick Whitlow through the numbers mentioned below for a consultation.
