Am I a Heart Patient

I am 26 women. In last two years i went through serious stress, depression and anxiety due to some problems, which deteriorated my health and i got skinny. I think if i am having some heart disease because sometimes i experience shortness of breath, heartburn accompanied by anxiety. During the depression i felt fluttering in my chest and restlessness that is why i think so.
Twice in last two months it has happened after periods, i experience shortness of breath like claustrophobic, i do not inhale enough air and run outside in open place to breath heavily. I feel pressure and tightness in the chest like something is stuck in there, accompanied by heartburn. Most of the time this heartburn feeling comes at night. I lose any urge to eat and feel nausea for three to four days and feel suffocation all the time. Last time i felt like i am going to pass out.
I am a sound sleeper but two weeks ago i got up early in the morning by some noise and could not go to sleep as i felt like something stuck in the chest so i hammered lightly my hand on chest to feel okay and listened to some music to calm the anxiety. What is that? is it really a heart problem?
I am 45kg and hair are turning grey specially around temples. Cant figure out what is wrong.
