Am I a heart patient?

I am 65 year old, slightly asthamatic (use seroflo daily for control), 5% overweight, no bad habbits, vegetarian, intellectual but not sedate, carryout yoga and breathing exercises daily, otherwise generally fit, with family history of heart problems. After undergoing TMT and other heart tests at Care Hospital I was given the following medication T. Minipress 2.5 mg OD 8 am -   Taking
T. Channel SR 90 mg OD 8 am - Taking
T. Monotrate 25 mg OD 4 pm -   Discontinued after 10 days due to headache
T. Rimoslim 20 mg OD 7 am -     Discontinued after 1 month due to dry cough
T. Plagril A 150mg OD 2 pm -    Taking
T. Aztor 20 mg OD beditime -     Taking
One month back I was routinely examined at another Hospital and on Colour Doppler Echo Test found with mild concentric LVH, mild sclerosis of MV, rest normal. This doctor changed medicines as
T. Channel SR 90 mg OD 8 am
T. Ecosprin 75 mg OD 2pm
T. Aztor 10 mg OD beditime    
which I am following now. My BP is around 122-130 / 75-81, pulse 80-85, fasting sugar 100-110 mg, pp sugar 105-135 on weekly readings done at home using digital BP meter and Acucheck. Though in general OK, I feel somewhat breathless on going up a gradient or steps and on strain. But I am able to carry on with my morning exercises without any problem.

Dear Doctor, kindly consider the above report and let me know whether all is well with my heart or not. Have I to seek some specilized consultancy/treatment? Is the present medication OK?
