Am i having a heart Issue?

Hello forum,
I am a 22 yr old Male that's 5'10 about 180 and am in good physical shape. My last bp reading was just under a week ago and was 119/72. I recently have been having throbbing pain that radiates in the left side of my chest and sometimes makes my left arm numb. this has been happening off and on for 3 days now and naturally this makes me nervous as this is a major symptom. The reason I'm becoming more nervous is because my Achilles heal is my diet. I have never had a salad in my life and barely eat vegetables. I eat fruit but am a graduate student and naturally eat chicken about everyday. Should I go see a doctor? Thanks
