I read in one of your response about the adverse effects on the thyroid
gland of Amiodarone. Could you please elaborate on the adverse effects
that it has on the thyroid. I currently take amiodarone and I am trying
to get off of it. I have been able to reduce the dosage to 100mg/day, but
I am hoping to get off of it totally over the next year. Your response was

medication effect on thyroid?" posted by Madelyn on September 17, 1998 at
