Anamolous Right Coronary Artery originating from the left sinus of valsalva

My son was diagnosed with an anamolous Right Coronary artery originating from the left sinus of valsalva instead of the right. No one seems to know what the treatment should be for this. I am hoping to find other parents out thier who have a child with this diagnoses. I really need some answers.
