Angina, heart problems or something else ?

hello, i am a 23years old, male, 177cm and 66kg, father died of heart attack at 45. for the last 3 months i have been having problems concentrating, feeling dizzy, feeling faint, high heart rate while at rest (90-100bpm), and sometimes jumping to 110bpm, sometimes i can feel it beat hard, some palpitations, sometimes i can feel like a ache in my chest(left side), it happenes while at rest or after a really really really long walk. during workout i feel ok (no pain, no shortness of breath). my lips also turn blue-ish and nails turn purpule-ish. i burp quite often (4-5 times an hour, no acid reflux). my HR also goes up (100-110bpm) after i eat, especially at night.

today i got home from town after 7 hours of walking left and right, took a medical examination for my new job, took my pulse it was 96, 150/90mmHg, a little dizzy (did not eat or drink for the first 4 hours). got home, i felt pretty bad (kind of dizzy, exhausted, my breathing was kind of hard, like my throat was closing). took my pulse, 92-96bpm. decided to lay down and rest, just concentrate on breathing normally. after 50 minutes my pulse was down to 78-84bpm, no palpitations, i felt relaxed, did not feel dizzy.

Sorry to add a comment before the doctor's reply, but one (weird) question, do you eat a lot of licorice?

The reason I ask is because this may cause low K+ elevated BP and higher blood pH. Just took a quick look at your tests.

I hope the doctor will provide a good and reassuring answer to you. I know how hard it is to be a young man and worried about the heart.

another thing i noticed is that sometimes when i am tired, my hands tend to get really red(from my elbow down), if i lift them to shoulder level the instantaneously return to their normal color.
