Angina diagnosis

Hi, I am relatively young (24) and the only heart "problem" I've ever been diagnosed with is PVCs. I recently had an echo done for them, but it was the lying down on a table echo, not a stress test. My question today is: can angina be diagnosed from an echo test such as this? I ask because I have been experiencing chest pains for about 10 days now. I thought at first it was something to do with my muscles or nerves, because I also feel cold in my chest when it hurts, but since the pain comes and goes I am curious. Would muscular/neurological pain be constant or follow a pattern like I've mentioned? I know angina generally comes with exertion, but my pain happens mostly when I'm sitting sort of slumped (like at a computer) or lying down, especially on my side. Could this be unstable angina? I've also experienced a sort of horizontal "strip" of pain across my back at times. I am probably more worried than I should be, but I would appreciate an expert's opinion. Thank you in advance.

Given your age and symptoms this is extremely unlikely to be angina. If it is cardiac related then it is much more likely to be related to a congenital malformation than to acquired coronary atherosclerosis because of your age.
The reason to have a resting echocardiogram is to make sure that your heart function is normal because if it is then the PVCs have no bearing on you cardiac prognosis.
