This only seems to come on during stationary cycling of which I do about 40 miles a week.
My main sport is swimming where I put in about 10000meters a week with hardly any symptons of fluttering etc....
I am overweight but a lot of it is muscle. The very

Could you please give me your opinion on what may be causing this. It seems the harder I go on my bike the worst it gets and is sometimes coupled with a tightness in my neck.
