im a 25 year old male smoked for 10years...quit two years ago.recently..ive experinced a burning pain in my left arm sometimes the right...and terrible tightness in my chest..had stress test...stress thallium..and cath at New York Presbyterean Hospital..they say its all good...but i still have it....should i get a second opinon...

By the way stress thallium said decreased wallmotion.... due to diaghpatic attenuation.....what is that.....could that be wrong

It sounds like you have had a thorough cardiac evaluation at a respected medical center. Given the findings, it is very unlikely that you have significant coronary artery disease. The decreased wall motion was likely due to other parts of your body interfering with the picture of the heart. At any rate, if the catheterization was normal, you do not have coronary artery disease or a basis for angina. Symptomatic coronary artery disease is rare in people under 30, unless there is an inherited disorder that predisposes to premature coronary artery disease.
