Well mild plaque is fine but signs you need to alter your lifestyle to slow or stop the progression of the disease. No smoking, regular exercise, avoid emotional stress, eat healthily and the top of the risk factors.
Type 3 vessel, this is just the length of the vessel. A type 3 is one which is the longest variety and goes down past the apex and can even take place of the posterior (rear) artery behind the heart. Type 1 is quite short and doesn't reach the bottom of the heart and type 2 reaches the bottom of the heart and stops there. Proximal is local area where the vessel begins. Mid is the middle section and distal would be the far end region.
