The printout of the angiogram images supplied to me by my cardiologist have numbers on them such as LAD = 93, RAD = 34... I know that LAD and RAD refers to Left and Right Anterior Descending arteries, but what do the numbers represent?

I don't know of any numbers that are routinely reported with the arteries except stenosis. Often the heart pressures are measured during a cath but these are the pressures within heart chambers, not arteries.
