Angioplasty of totally occluded RCA ?

Angioplasty of totally occluded RCA ?

I am 46 years male.I havf been gone through Angioghraphy on February 20,2007.Findings are,

LEFT MAIN STEM :
                Short,normal and bifurcating vessal.

LAD :
70% eccentric lesion in mid .Moderate sized first diagonal branch has 70% ostil stenosis.

LEFT CIRCUMFLEX ARTERY :
Mid circumflex shows 70% stenosis. Large first obtuse marginal branch has 80% mid bifurcation stenosis and 60% distal stenosis. A secondary branch of larg first obtuse marginal branch shows 90% stenosis.

RCA :
Totally occluded in mid part and is filling retrogradely from LAD.

LV ANGIOGRAM : Normal LV function ,
               Ejection Fraction 70%

What can i do ?
Can RCA Stented? Is angioplsty of RCA possible?
How many stents are required in LCA and  LAD ?

you seem to have multivesel disease.  Usually they doctor would recommend bypass surgery. That way they can bypass the occluded RCA as well.
If you decide for stents they stent > 75% stenosis... so probably about 4 if the size of vessels are big enough. The occluded RCA would be difficult to stent.

I hope this helps
