Ankles swelling

I was taking menoxidil and had swelling in the ankles and feet. Dr. has now put me on bystolic. Should the swelling go down or can I expect further swelling. Blood pressure has come down to a respectable rate.

i was just recently given Bystolic 5 mg for my PVCs and told to hold the medication if my systolic rate was 110 or below.  I am confused as to whether or not this is for my Arrythmia or my Blood Pressure and if this is an anti arrythmic drug?  I have had several bouts with the arrythmia and was recently hospitalized for it and the arrythmia is curently not stable enough yet for me to have surgery.  While on this med will this totally resolve the Arrythmia or slightly decrease them? This is the first time that I EVER had any heart problems and I am 40yrs old in normal state of health.
