Ankylosing Spondylitis and Heart Problems
I was hospitalized earlier this week for extremely low sodium. It was 124 and they released me after getting it up to 130.

I have been extremely tired the last couple of weeks and my chest feels heavy (that is the best way I can describe it).

I had a normal EKG. My family doctor is sending me for a echocardiograph, on the basis that I am at risk of heart valve disease because I have had ankylosing spondylitis. Also, my pulse pressure is over 60.

Any thoughts
