Another treatments for Aortic Root Dilation

hello...good morning...
I want to ask about Aortic Root Dilation and aneurysm. my lovely friend has that problems...
is there any chance for him to recover? because the doctor said that the size is pretty large, and he needs surgery.
can he get another treatment? I mean, can he has a kind of heart transplant for this problems?

I'm looking forward to read ur answer soon...because I really want to help him.. thank u so much for ur kindness...

If the doctor says it's very large, then the surgery will most likely involve removing the aneurysm and replacing it with a synthetic graft. This is major surgery but the success rates are very high. He should listen to the doctor.

I don't think a heart transplant is what he needs if he just has an aortic aneurysm.
