Any advice?

I just got a copy of a previous cardiac MRI and compared the two.The first was done October 5th 2007 and the second was done December 8th 2008.Comparing the two really scares me because there seems to be a big difference.2007:RVEDV 149ml RVESV 86ml regurgitation fraction 40%.
2008:RVEDV 280ml RVESV 148ml regurgitation fraction 58%.
I had valvuloplasty for pulmonic stenosis at 8 months and now at 33 I have been having a lot of skipped beats and a lot of times where my heart jumps around ad I have to start gasping for air before it settles down.My cardiologist wanted to get the second MRI to compare the two so he can decide the proper time for PVR but I haven't heard anything yet and i'm really worried.Should I be calling the doctor until I get an answer or just assume he's doing something.I know doctors are really busy and I don't want to fall between the cracks.I really don't know what to do so if you have any advice it would be really appreciated.The stress is killing me and i'm really afraid one of these times my rhythem won't go back to normal or it will just stop altogether.
