Any red flags from echocardiography

I reciently had a Transthoracic Echocardiography. The following are the summery points:
The Aortic valve is trileaflet
The aortic valve is moderatly calicified
There is mild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy
There is no hemodynamically significant valvular hypertrophy
The ejection fraction estimate is 55-60%
The right ventricle is normal in size and function
midly dilated asending aorta
Mildy dialated aortic  arch
Their is a trace amount of tricuspid regurgitation
Their is a trace amount of aortic regugitation
Pulmonic seems normal . their is a trace amount of regurgitation
The inferior vena cava appeared small and collapsed with respiration
( RAP 0-5 mmhg)
My internist says all looks well, however, I'm getting short of breath with any excertion and it dosent seem right . Do you see any red flags in the sumation of this report.
I'd greatly appreciate your view , and thank you in advance
Ken

How dilated is the aorta? Who read the TTE, and are they sure that the aortic regurgitation is mild? What is the LV ED diameter. All of these are important factors not mentioned in this report. Make sure your echocardiograms are read by cardiologists and not internists. Most of the latter only report the echo tech's findings.
