Ao root valve

I had an echo cardio fram a week ago.  Still no word, but I did write down some of the numbers I saw on the last screen.  From what i have been able to find on the web my AO root diameter is high 3.02, is that bad high?  What does that mean?
Here are some of the other #'s do not have a clue what they mean RVDd 2.74, IVSD 838, LVPWD .938, LVIDS 2.66. LVOT diam 1.96, LA deminsion 2.05, LVAD ap4 26.2, FS 38.8 %, EVD 75.2 ml,
Any idea what all that means?  I am kinda freaked because I am having BAD shortness of breath at rest and worse after activity, some discomfort on left side of chest, pain in neck, back, and sometimes tingling in both hands.  I hacve called Dr. twice now..no word. Any ideas???

Aorta root dimension has a normal range of 2.0 - 3.7 cm.  Your post refers to the measurements of heart walls , chamber size druing the pumping phase (systolic) and  filling phase (diastolic), etc.  RVDd is measurement of right ventricle (diastolic),  IVSD is interventricular septal (wall that separates chambers) and LVPWD is left ventricular posterior wall.  IVSD and LVPWD measure septal distance to determine left ventricular size.  LVIDS is left ventricle internal diameter systolic. LVOT  left ventricle outflow tract (aorta).  LA is left atrium measurement.  LVAD.  Need more information regarding LVAD and EVD.  There doesn't appear to be any abnormal size, etc. based on my source.

FS is fractional shortening and is a measurement that helps determine left ventricular pumping functionality.  The calculation determines capacity by end diastolic dimension  and pumping function by end systolic dimension and the percentage difference.  Above 30% is considered normal, 26% to 30 mild decrease in ejection fraction.  Below 26% can be heart failure...EF is also a measurement of left ventricle pumping functionality.  The calculation is volume based rather than dimensions.

Shortness of breath could be due to low FS and EF but your post doesn't indicate that problem.
