Is the heart murmmur dued to the malfunctioning Aorta Valve, and why is it swollenSwollen glands? (Aorta region).

Being a double valve transplant myself, aortic & mitral prosthetic valves, I can only advise you to get yourself a good cardiologist & request an ECHO, TEE & Heart Catherization if possible to give you a definite idea of what is going on with you. Best of luck & take care!
