Aortic aneurysm definition

Is there a specific, generally agreed upon definition of aneurysm? Is there a definite point at which terms like "aortopathy" 'or "dilation" give way to "aneurysm", or is it a matter of judgment?

Aortopathy is used to define any disorder/condition related to the aorta -- which can include aneurysms, dissections, etc.  Dilation of the aorta (or aneurysm) is usually defined as when the normal dimensions of the aorta are exceeded -- which varies not only by location but also in the specific clinical context (i.e. any other underlying conditions).
