I removed myself form that environment and regained 80% conciousness over 2 months, and then started vigourous workouts. After my workouts I would be mentally spaced out, sometime for days -no drugs. I have good energybut my heart pounds and i get spaced out 1-4 days. My carotid artery pounds slightly visible, and neck viens look slightly distended. the last 8 months i have had an excellent diet with plenty of exercise and rest, feel 50% better than i did but still problematic
1st Dr. appt (8mo ago)(was completely spaced) 130/45 had ekg all Ok
2nd dr. appt 5 mo ago ( 140/60)(nervous)had resting echo, all ok
3rd(was feeling more alert) 160/80. My heart seems screwy and around my mouth goes blue(lack 02?). My systol is always way up, and diastolic way down, my mean average is now 140/55, 80-100 pulse, doc says im fine, should i worry? would the echo not show leakage? family thinks it was the drugs,i think I stressed my heart, sound rational?
thnk you
Good Luck
Erik
I did have a very call with death in my opinion. I understand your criticism of my foolishness, but once it really hit me one night i realized, my heart just cant keep up with this so its stop or die, and i stopped. i turned my life around, i no longer smoke. I do not use any drugs other than the occasional bout with alcohol(once a month).
I completely turned my life around and resumed my old lifestyle. I consume fruit, legumes, browns, fish, hawthorn tea and udos oil. I perform cardio and weights 5 times a week and get plenty of sleep every night. Slowly my diastolic pressure is rising, and I feel better and better every day, and i am very proud of myself. The truth is I had no idea how hard I was being so incredibly hard on my body and I am just glad I changed everything in the nick of time, im sure.
I really hope everything clears, although I am sure alot of damage was done in that 3 months, i am confident I will recover and everything will be ok. I am sorry you fellows had to read my ridiculous post.
Take Care
