Are single PVCs right after exertion something to worry about?

I am 28 years old, and started noticing what I beleive are PVCs. I first experienced one during a panic attack where my heart rate went up to 130bpm, while I was trying to calm myself down. It really freaked me out, went to the ER and they gave me no information. Now I notice them right after I exert myself (running up the stairs, hiking) and I'll feel my heart pound bum, bum, bum, .....pause BUM, bum, bum. And then my heart rate will go back down.  At rest, I don't feel like my heart skips a beat ever... it's just when I come to rest after exertion. Thoughts?

Are you sure they're from exercise or exertion? It could be that you have them all the time but they are less noticeable at rest. PVC's can feel more forceful when your heart rate is elevated so they are more noticeable. The pattern you describe is a PVC, you have a normal beat followed by a pause which allows the heart to fill more than usual so the next beat is stronger. You should ask your doctor to be safe.
