Are these connected?

Recently i have been experiencing chest pain. I am 18, vegetarian and had my gall bladder removed a year ago. I take vitamins b12, C, Collagen supplements, Iron, and Calcium.

it happens at night (sometimes while at work). it feels like everything under my sternum and left ribs tenses up when it  occurs. It goes away but then comes back depending on position. it happens more often when i am lying down.
And previous to this chest pain, i have had spine tingling and numbness, gradually radiating upward to the back of my skull. this had been going on for almost a year. my spine and back of my skull usually feel numb when i am sitting, or slouching. sometimes if i have been standing for long periods of time.

so, now, along with this chest pain i feel while about to sleep, my spine will feel tingly and will ache simultaneously with the chest pain.

are these two symptoms connected somehow or are they individual to something else?
should i be worried?

qwertyuiops,

There are multiple different causes of chest pain - some of these are serious, some of them are not. In general, there are several factors which would likely make your chest pain seem less likely to be related to the heart (your age, diet, female sex, and occurrence at rest)

You should discuss your symptoms with your primary physician because he can both examine you and talk to you in more depth about the frequency, quality, precipitants, etc of your chest pain.
