Are these test all I should have done?

Hello I am a 36 year old male, non smoker. I have been having dull pains on the left side of my chest. Also at times I will have the sensation of someone pinching my left arm.  I do have some papataions now and again. and once in a blue moon I will get a sharp pain in the center of my chest that will last no more that a second or two.  My question

I have been to two diffrent Cardio Dr's and have had the following done.   ekg, echo stress, cardiolite stress all showed normal. I do have mild high blood presure and am on 5mg of Vasotec once a day.  The pain is not with my when I wake up in the morning but slowly comes on through out the day.  I have not been out of breath or dizzy.  Should I have anymore test done.  I feel the Dr. is tired of seeing me.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Happy Hollidays to everyone.

Really the only test left would be a heart catheterization which I am not sure is indicated in your case.  However, if these pains continue and there is still a concern that it is your heart then it may be the best thing to proceed.  Happy holidays to you too.

I recently had the cardiolite stress and the doctor said I am not getting enough oxygen to the heart.  He said it is  not uncommon in women and we swhould watch it for a while.  He said we may have to do cardiac catheterzation if the discomfort continues.  That is why I went, because of the discomfort.  I wonder what causes lack of oxygen and what are the benefits and risks of the cardiac cathetraztion?  ANd at what point do I go through with it.  Also is this something treated differently in men and women?
