Atrial Septal Aneurysm and Patent Foramen Ovale

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for taking time to read my question. I had a stress test at the request of my physician and found a PVC with Patent Foramen Ovale and Interatrial Septal Aneurysm. I also have chronic asmtha and I am really concerned because heart problems do not run in our family.

Is this corrected by a catherization or open heart surgury?

Is surgury depending on the size of the PFO and the ASA?

My biggest concern is the aneurysm and how much my chest constantly aches and on occasion I feel I am going to colapse

Can a blood clot form with the aneurysm and how likely is it (percentage wise)to having a stroke and/or heart attack?

Any information would be helpful. Thank you very much for taking time to answer my questions!
