BP

Sir,
Four months ago when I visited to the doctor, he found my BP  high (140/95) and then he prescribed the medicine Telma-AM (Telmisartan 40mg and Amlodipine 5mg) daily. He also told to stop smoking. I have quited this habit and I use to work daily. After 3 months when I again routine visited, doctor found my BP (135/90). He then prescribed another medicine Indicontin (Indapamide 1.5mg) on alternate day along with Telma AM regularly. Now I  regularly walk on trade mill beside normal walking. After that my BP becomes 108/70. But now I am feeling sensation of whirling and feeling no energy in my hand. Leg is not moving and finger of leg is becoming cramp.
Please help me about the continuation of the medicine or any useful suggestion

Hoping for your early reply

With Regards
