Back pain with increase in pulse rate

  Since I had a coronary artery bypass graft 3, I have had pain in my
  mid back area at shoulder level whenever my pulse elevates to
  92 or greater.  It has been 2 yeears since the CABG and has not
  gotten better.  Also my pulse rises relatively easy fist thing in the
  morning with the minimum of activity.
