Benecol-Cholesterol

by Freeze, Oct 26, 1999 12:00AM
I've started using Benecol/Take Control spread to lower cholesterol but have a nagging question. I normally do not use the amount of spread that is recommended for best results with these products. Am I better off to use very little or no spread, or is it more beneficial to use the recommended amounts of Benecol/Take Control? Thanks!

I suggest using the amount you would normally use; do not use more just because of cholesterol-lowering effects.
