Hi Dr. I would like to know what are the best source of beta blocker
(food, fruits, vegetables)? I'm 24 year old with heart Palpitation (130bpm)
Do exercise, also been told by my cardiologist no heart disease or anything
to worry. Im on Atenolol on-off. Is it okay to take this medication only when
you needed the most then stop again ? I dont know if I want to give-up on
searching and asking my Doctor why this is happening to me (not often) even
without the Atenolol. I was just hoping it's only anxiety but sometimes if i
was thinking something like work projects or paperworks it makes me aware
of my heartbeat again. Pls. give me a feedback and thank you again.
