Big flop now and then and bubbling

I currently have moderate mitral regurgitation (that produces a very loud honking noise - sometimes so loud I can hear it externally).  Regurg is a result of bileaflet MVP.  We are waiting and watching that problem.  I have always had pvcs.  The last several days I have felt a large flop all of the sudden for no reason.  I haven't felt it more than once in a day (yet) but it is a really hard flop and then back to absolutely normal.  Would this still be considered a pvc just more intense?  Also about the same time I have developed a lot of bubbling feelings (really sort of like digestive movement that is normally felt in the abdomin) up in my chest area.  Anybody had anything like that and know what it might be?

My guess would be that the big flop is a PAC or PVC where the atrial or ventricular has had a lot of time to refill. So when it pumps it out, you feel a harder beat. If there has been a short refill time, it feels smaller like a little flicker or thump. That is how my cardiologist explained it to me a long time ago. I don't know about the bubbling feeling. I actually have felt that a time or two but it is when I have burping. So I'd chalk it up to acid reflux stuff.
