Blockage in RCA

The CT angiogram shows 95-99% stenosis in my RCA (single vessel). I have hypertension, too. But, I have no pain at rest or walking briskly, running and doing hard exercises and works. Is it really heart problem? May I continue doing normal activities? May I continue with my walking and exercises? Is angioplasty essential for me? Please answer.

It is likely that your RCA will, or has already, developed collateral feeds which are tiny vessels that open up to act as a natural bypass. The RCA is very good at this. The only way to tell this, if not seen on the angiogram, is a nuclear scan.
If you have developed collaterals in the RCA and have no problems in other vessels, then I would not have any intervention.

Strange how people ask questions here they should beasking a Doctor or a cardiologist.
Your health is very important. So important that I would encourage you to consult your GP or cardiologist on this.

I had a 95% block in my RCA 7 years ago.  I didn't have chest pain with it. I had symptoms like short of breath and felt like I had an elephant sitting on my chest.  The only other strange thing was a tingling sensation between my shoulder blades.  It was stented and a year later a stent was placed inside that stent to reopen. I did have chest pains before the second procedure. But in answer to your question about exercise, in my case, I feel that it is an essential part of my treatment of heart disease.  Ask you doctor in your case what they feel. Take care, Ally
