Exercise stress test was under 100 bpm, except the one in 2001, but the doctor (cardiologist), said it was nothing to concern, only anxiety. In 2002 was normal, under 100 bpm. I have sporadic episodes of 120/130 bpm in rest when very anxious, usually when going to measure my BP. Then, I wait 3-5 min till next measure and than is lower, more or less 105-110 bpm. In 3rd or 4th measure is usually under 100 bpm. Must I worry?
In past my pulse was about 84-88 bpm at rest. Now is 68-72 bpm. But, before, I didn’t notice it and now, if it starts to go over 90’s, I immediately notice it very well– Why ? – Also, fill some sporadic PAC’s/PVC’s (less than 25/hour) and in past none – A week ago, when lying to sleep, had an episode about 2-3 PAC/min for 5 min, than reduced to 1PAC/min and stopped in about 20 min. - Is it to worry?
